Francisco Alvarez is from Kingsville, Texas. He is an H.M King graduate. Mr. Alvarez earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1995 and his B.A from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1991. 

Since 1996, Francisco Alvarez has been trying cases in both criminal and family law. For more than twenty-eight years, Francisco has handled all cases from misdemeanors to capital murder. Francisco has also handled all types of family law cases, including divorces, modifications, adoptions and child custody.  Francisco has also been a certified mediator since 2016. 

Francisco is licensed to practice law in all Texas State Courts by the Supreme Court of Texas and is admitted to practice in federal courts in the Souther District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Francisco is a member of the Family Law and Criminal Law Section of the Texas State Bar. Francisco has been a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas since 2002. He is also a member of The Texas Bar Foundation. Being elected to the Fellows is one of the highest honors a member of the State Bar of Texas can be given. This foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the nation with only 1/3 of 1% of lawyers in Texas forming a part of it.

When Mr. Alvarez isn't serving clients, spending quality time with his four boys; a University of Texas at Austin graduate, a Texas A&M - Kingsville graduate, a Texas A&M University student, and a senior in high school are his top priority. A man of many hobbies, Mr. Alvarez loves to travel, attend concerts, participate in Spartan competitions, and compete in 5K, 10K, and half-marathons. He is also a member of Team Life Cycler's race team of Corpus Christi, Texas.
